An engineer by trade, he brings extensive leadership experience from previous roles as CEO, Chief Technology Officer, and strategy executive across Europe and the U.S. Passionate about sustainability, he combines technology and values to create meaningful impact.

Tori is our Event Manager and in-house Interior Designer. Born and raised in Madison, Georgia, she grew up surrounded by horses, developing exceptional horsemanship skills within a family devoted to roping. Alongside her passion for horses, Tori brings a strong creative vision rooted in her experience as a former salon owner and her love for art, design, and all things aesthetic.

Caroline Aiken, Lessons & Trail Rides

Caroline leads lessons and trail rides and helps care for the horses. Originally from Madison, Georgia, she has been riding since the age of five and grew up competing in barrel racing and rodeo events. She is passionate about keeping horses healthy and active and has gained valuable experience through an internship at Piedmont Equine.

Callie leads lessons and trail rides and helps care for the horses. She is currently studying Animal Bioscience at the University of Georgia with plans to attend veterinary school. A lifelong horse lover, she began competing in the American Ranch Horse Association in middle school and continued through high school with IEA, focusing on Reining and Horsemanship.

Gabby leads lessons and trail rides and helps care for the horses. Originally from Madison, Georgia, she has been riding since the age of six and brings both experience and enthusiasm to everything she does. She’s also a member of the Diamond D Cowgirl Mounted Drill Team, performing choreographed routines at events across the region.

Lea cares for the horses and is currently studying Children’s Psychology at Georgia College and State University. She grew up on a large beef and dairy farm, surrounded by animals—especially horses, whose gentle nature she has always loved.

Ed Dabney is an internationally acclaimed clinician, presenting horsemanship and riding clinics all over the United States, Canada and Europe. 
Ed’s training articles have appeared in many major national magazines.  Ed has produced instructional videos and the “Gentle Horsemanship” TV program which has been seen on two national television

Ed Dabney is an internationally acclaimed clinician, presenting horsemanship and riding clinics all over the United States, Canada and Europe. 
Ed’s training articles have appeared in many major national magazines.  Ed has produced instructional videos and the “Gentle Horsemanship” TV program which has been seen on two national television networks. Ed was named Champion of the East Coast Trainer Challenge Series by Equine Extravaganza.  Ed was honored to have been selected by the University of Georgia to teach their senior level Young Horse Training course.

Ed is a fifth generation horseman who has worked with horses all his life, being involved in the ranching, motion picture and horse training industries.  Ed's blending of gentle horsemanship and classical equitation has attracted students across the United States, Canada and Europe, drawing the attention of serious riders searching for the lightest touch and the deepest connection with their horses.
