Renee von Ruexleben, Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

As our CEO and co-founder, Renee brings a background in business psychology and extensive leadership experience in founding companies focused on sustainability, private club management, leadership effectiveness, and team success. Passionate about motivating individuals and fostering strong teams, Renee also shares a deep love for horses and all animals.

As our co-founder and COO, Till oversees Operations, Equipment, IT, and Property Security at LOE. An engineer by trade, he brings extensive leadership experience from previous roles as CEO, Chief Technology Officer, and strategy executive across Europe and the U.S. Passionate about sustainability, he combines technology and values to create meaningful impact.

Tori is our Event Manager and in-house Interior Designer. Born and raised in Madison, Georgia, she grew up surrounded by horses, developing exceptional horsemanship skills within a family devoted to roping. Alongside her passion for horses, Tori brings a strong creative vision rooted in her experience as a former salon owner and her love for art, design, and all things aesthetic.

Caroline leads lessons and trail rides and helps care for the horses. Originally from Madison, Georgia, she has been riding since the age of five and grew up competing in barrel racing and rodeo events. She is passionate about keeping horses healthy and active and has gained valuable experience through an internship at Piedmont Equine.

Callie leads lessons and trail rides and helps care for the horses. She is currently studying Animal Bioscience at the University of Georgia with plans to attend veterinary school. A lifelong horse lover, she began competing in the American Ranch Horse Association in middle school and continued through high school with IEA, focusing on Reining and Horsemanship.

Gabby leads lessons and trail rides and helps care for the horses. Originally from Madison, Georgia, she has been riding since the age of six and brings both experience and enthusiasm to everything she does. She’s also a member of the Diamond D Cowgirl Mounted Drill Team, performing choreographed routines at events across the region.

Lea cares for the horses and is currently studying Children’s Psychology at Georgia College and State University. She grew up on a large beef and dairy farm, surrounded by animals—especially horses, whose gentle nature she has always loved.

With nearly two decades of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, and business development, Cassie brings a results-driven approach to storytelling with heart and creating meaningful connections within communities. Raised on a horse farm, her love for nature continues to inspire both her work and personal life.
