This level allows unlimited access to all amenities, a premium, oversized walk-in/walk-out stall with a tablet to monitor all feeding/supplements and 25% off all events and additional services not included in classic or premium boarding
This fee also secures a premium stall in barn #2 (see plans in "About us" section) with connected walk-in/walk-out pastures and individual tack rooms, Tablets with up-to-date feeding and care information on each stall.
Classic Boarding in barn #2 requires a monthly fee of $1,500. Besides the stall this includes three feedings and three horse check-ups a day, stall cleanings twice a day, blanketing as published in our temperature level determination, 24/7 surveillance with our on property team
This level offers access to most amenities and a regular size stall without walk-in/walk-out pasture and 15% discount on all services and events
This fee secures a stall in the guest barn or fairy garden for $950 per month or alternatively for $1,250 monthly a stall in the new barn #3.
Pasture Boading offers access to most amenities and alternating 4-5 horse, large pastures as well as a 10% discount on all services and events.
The $750 fee for pasture boarding includes 3 feedings and 3 daily check-ups on your horse. Contracted Nutricionist available to determine optimal feed for your horse. We provide heated waterers, lighted walk-in sheds with fans. We fed our own, premium hay. Alternating pastures to provide plenty of fresh grass. 600 acres of trails avalable. We offer clinics, trainers and medical support. LOEC is gated, has video surveillance all around the property and we have staff staying on property 24/7.
Premium boarding as an all-inclusive service includes daily grooming, exercising the horse in the sky-walker, feeding additional supplements and special feed. Also included: scheduling and attending vet appointments, following a vaccination and deworming schedule and ferrier visits. We offer this service for a rate of $900 monthly.
Immediate medical care for horses in classic boarding will be charged by the hour at a rate of $150.
